SBS Cricket Academy Sikar – Refund Policy
At SBS Cricket Academy Sikar, we maintain a strict no-refund policy regarding fees paid for training, coaching, or any other services provided by the academy. Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling:
No Cancellation or Refund: Once the fees are paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to discontinuation, withdrawal, or inability to attend the training sessions.
Non-Transferable Fees: Fees paid for one individual cannot be transferred to another person or adjusted against any future training sessions.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where an unavoidable situation arises (such as a medical emergency), the academy may consider requests on a case-by-case basis. However, the final decision rests with the academy management, and no guarantee of a refund is provided.
Session Rescheduling: If a session is canceled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, coach unavailability), efforts will be made to reschedule. However, this does not entitle participants to a refund.
No Refund for Partial Attendance: If a student discontinues training midway through the enrolled period, no refund or partial reimbursement will be granted.
Waiver of Liability: By enrolling in SBS Cricket Academy, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy and agree to abide by it.
